How to Order

Every piece is made to order, by hand, in my Sydney workshop.Here's exactly how the process works.

1. Choose Your Piece

Browse the product pages and pick the design that suits your space. Each piece is built individually, so no two are ever quite identical.

2. Select a Production Slot

Click Order Now and choose an available production month (e.g. September, October). This is the month your piece goes into the workshop queue. Slots are limited each month to keep quality high and turnaround honest. Once a month is full, it moves to the next available slot.

3. Secure Your Slot with a 50% Deposit

A 50% deposit locks in your production slot and materials. 

Deposits are processed securely at checkout

The remaining 50% balance is due once your piece is complete and ready for delivery/pickup. 

(If you need to adjust your production month, just reach out before your slot begins. I'll always try to accommodate a change where possible)

4. Production (4-Week Lead Time)

Once your slot begins, your piece takes up to 4 weeks to complete. This covers timber selection, cutting, joinery, finishing, and (where relevant) fitting the amber acrylic panels. I'll keep you updated with progress along the way, including photos as your piece comes together.

5. Final Payment & Delivery

Once your piece is finished and photographed, I'll send you the final balance invoice along with delivery or pickup options. Free delivery/drop is available depending on location.

6. Confirmation & Ongoing Updates

As soon as your deposit is received, you'll get a confirmation email with all relevant information including the estimated completion time.
